About the Meidlinger Group
The Matthias Meidlinger Group (Matthias Meidlinger GmbH) has been producing high-precision CNC parts to drawing since 1985 at its headquarters in Brackenheim, Baden-Württemberg. The service portfolio includes 3- and 5-axis simultaneous milling, CNC turning including mill-turn combinations, surface and cylindrical grinding as well as wire EDM — complemented by assembly with functional testing and engineering services from the subsidiary MM Engineering GmbH for special machinery and automation technology. More than 50 employees work in 3-shift operation across over 3,000 m² of production space on more than 20 CNC machines (Hermle, Heller, DMG MORI, Fanuc), some of which run fully automated around the clock. Material range: aluminium, stainless steel (V2A, V4A, 1.4404, 1.4571), titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5), tool steels, Inconel and nickel-based alloys, Invar, Kovar, copper, brass as well as plastics such as PEEK, POM and PTFE. Tolerances reach down to ±0,005 mm, lot sizes from 1 piece to approx. 5,000. The company has been EN 9100 and ISO 9001 certified since 2014 (SGS) and supplies aerospace, medical technology, mechanical engineering, robotics, semiconductor/electronics and the defense industry. In 2025, the group becomes the first user of the AI production platform NYPER OS from ZABR.ai.
