Matthias Ueding Gieß- und Umformtechnik GmbH is a medium-sized company in the Sauerland region, located in Balve-Garbeck (North Rhine-Westphalia). For many years the company has been producing tin and zinc anodes of various types, including pellets, balls, hemispheres, disc anodes, billet anodes, bottle opener anodes, ship anodes and flat anodes. The materials used meet defined purity grades: zinc with at least 99.995 % according to EN 1179, ASTM B6 and ISO 752, and tin with at least 99.9 % according to EN 610 and ASTM B339. In addition to the standard range, flexible manufacturing enables the rapid realization of customer-specific anodes. The products are used, among other things, in shipping as corrosion protection anodes. Since 2004 the company has been certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2008.
