About MAUDERLI

MAUDERLI AG is a Swiss family-owned company based in Schachen (Canton of Lucerne) and has been a provider of plastic applications for civil, road and tunnel construction for over fifty years. The company manufactures pipes, shafts, shaft covers and infrastructure systems – standardized or custom-made – and complements these to form complete system solutions in plastics, concrete and UHFB. Custom plastic applications are created in the plastics workshop, while the UHFB manufactory has been producing solid elements made from the in-house developed ultra-high-performance fibre-reinforced building material zeroUltra one since 2019, including highly loadable slot channels with anti-slip texture. Through the development of this material, Mauderli transformed from a product to a system supplier. Customers include Zurich Airport and the tunnel builders of the Brenner Base Tunnel. With its Austrian subsidiary WIROPLAST-MAUDERLI GmbH & Co in Satteins, the company serves the markets in Switzerland, Austria and adjacent regions. For the development of its UHFB material, MAUDERLI AG won the 2024 Innovation Award of the Chamber of Commerce of Central Switzerland (IHZ).
