About MAUS

MAUS is an Italian special-purpose machinery manufacturer headquartered in Campodarsego (Padua) and produces automatic grinding centres, robotic cells for deburring and fettling of castings, vertical lathes as well as core shooting and green sand moulding systems. The CNC grinders of the SAM and MAUS series machine castings made of iron, steel, brass, copper and aluminium, depending on machine size up to 10,000 kg part weight, with B-axis, laser measurement and offline programming. The vertical lathes of the MTV series cover part diameters from 380 to 790 mm. Since 2021, the brand and intellectual property have belonged to Germany's Reichmann & Sohn GmbH, whose know-how flows into the new MAUS 600 product line (Made in Germany). The portfolio also includes customised special-purpose machines, laser measuring systems, core sand preparation as well as commissioning, service and spare parts supply. The systems are used in foundries across the automotive, agriculture, energy and railway industries worldwide.
