About MAVALA
MAVALA SA is an independent, family-run Swiss cosmetics company based in Geneva that has been developing care and make-up products since 1959. The company formulates and produces its recipes – with the exception of make-up powders, pencils and antifungal active ingredients – in Switzerland at its headquarters, where the research and development laboratories are also located. The portfolio comprises nail care, nail polish, skin care, hand and foot care as well as make-up, and combines dermatological active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid with botanical ingredients. The formulations are tested for stability, safety and efficacy; animal testing is not conducted anywhere in the group. The products are available in around 100 countries on five continents in pharmacies, perfumeries and department stores. In addition, MAVALA offers training and certification programmes for beauty professionals.
