About Maysun Solar
Maysun Solar is a brand of Zhejiang Ganghang Solar Technology Co., Ltd., founded in Hangzhou in 2008, and manufactures photovoltaic modules for residential, commercial, agri and ground-mounted installations. Module manufacturing is based on N-TOPCon, HJT and IBC cell technologies as well as Half-Cut, 1/3-Cut, Shingled and bifacial glass-glass constructions, with module outputs of approximately 420 to 720 W. Production takes place on fully automated production lines at two production sites: Huzhou (Zhejiang, China) with 1 GW annual capacity and Dubai (Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE) with 200 MW annual capacity; according to the 2025 brochure, a total of 2 GW is planned or stated. Every module undergoes EL testing, flash testing, visual inspection, dielectric voltage testing and performance testing. With sales offices in several European countries, 21 regional warehouses and customers in over 60 countries, the company also supplies the DACH market; in addition, it is active in the development of and investment in C&I rooftop PV projects as well as in the acquisition of ready-to-build projects.

Cell Technologies and Materials
Monocrystalline silicon (N-type)
Phosphorus-doped N-type wafers with tunnel oxide and polycrystalline doping layer for TOPCon cell manufacturing.
Amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) / ITO
Heterojunction structure with intrinsic and doped a-Si layers plus indium tin oxide as transparent conductive layer, deposited via PECVD and PVD.
Silicon dioxide (SiO2) / silicon nitride (SiNx)
Passivation and anti-reflection layers on IBC cells with rear-side contacts made of silver, nickel and copper.
Glass (glass-glass construction)
Bifacial modules in glass-glass design or with transparent backsheet for dual-sided energy yield.
Electrically conductive adhesive (ECA)
Low-temperature bonding of Shingled modules using conductive silver adhesives instead of soldered interconnects.
