The finishing processes include strand crimping and ring crimping (gear and pin crimping, single and multiple), straightening by thermal or mechanical methods, cutting from 28 mm cut length without hook formation, as well as spooling onto plastic spools, cardboard cores, SD-300 and special spools. Materials processed include cast steel wire in natural temper, oil-hardened steel wire, stainless steel (among others 1.4301, 1.4310, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571), copper, brass, bronze, nickel silver, aluminium, nickel, cord wire as well as flat wire with natural edge. The wires serve, among other things, as filling material for roller, strip, spiral and cup brushes for deburring, derusting, polishing and surface treatment. Customers come from Europe, North and South America as well as Asia; the company is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
