MAZUR Energie- und Umwelttechnik GmbH is a specialized engineering and plant engineering company based in Gersthofen near Augsburg that has been developing plant solutions for the cement, process and chemical industries since 2009. The portfolio includes SNCR/SCR denitrification systems for NOₓ reduction with reduction rates of up to 80–90 %, systems for alternative liquid fuels and solvents, storage and dosing systems for grinding aids, pump skids, container solutions, storage tanks, piping systems and sewage sludge pipelines. The company accompanies projects from initial design through engineering and in-house workshop manufacturing to installation, commissioning and on-site training of operating personnel. Using mobile SNCR test units, trials are carried out directly in the process worldwide to determine optimum injection points and suitable reducing agents such as ammonia or urea. Piping systems are made from stainless steel, steel and plastic. The systems are used in cement plants, waste incineration plants, power stations, burner and recycling plants and international large-scale industry, most recently with SNCR systems for five cement kilns in Mexico.
