About MB Effizienzkeller
MB Effizienzkeller GmbH, based in Waldmohr, manufactures customised basement solutions from precast concrete for residential construction. The product range includes utility basements, habitable basements, solid foundation slabs (optionally as an insulated thermo-foundation slab) as well as white tank constructions made of waterproof concrete (WU concrete) for floor slabs and basement walls. In addition, special components such as cantilever slabs, garage foundations, retaining walls, elevator shafts, carports as well as filigree wall and ceiling elements are manufactured. Production takes place in the company's own plant including factory-installed insulation; assembly on the construction site takes two to three days depending on size. In addition to production and installation, the company offers site inspection, consulting, quotations within 48 hours, coordination of earthworks contractors and subsequent trades, as well as handover including all certificates and technical documentation from a single source. Customers are individual prefabricated house builders, house suppliers and architects; projects are realised throughout Germany. Average delivery time is around six weeks.
