About us
MBB Beflockung GmbH, based in Gummersbach, specialises in the electrostatic flocking of plastic parts and has around 30 years of experience in this process. Its range of services covers design and technical flocking of prototypes, small series, large series and one-offs. Building on its own experience in constructing flocking systems and fixtures, the company has developed systems that allow rapid response to customer requirements in terms of colour, fibre type and part geometry. In addition to flocking, MBB offers industrial assembly, industrial services, industrial consulting and the pretreatment of plastics such as PE, PP, POM, TPE and EPDM; plasma treatment and corona discharge are outsourced. Quotations are prepared in cooperation with an external design office based on CAD data (including Catia V5). Series products for brands such as Audi, Bentley, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen are flocked; on request, MBB also handles the logistics of raw and finished parts.
