MBC March Beschichtungscenter GmbH is a certified surface technology service company based in March (Baden-Württemberg). The company offers a comprehensive range of services in the areas of mechanical pretreatment by sandblasting, chemical pretreatment, powder coating, wet painting and wire flame spraying. In the semi-automatic pretreatment line, steel is phosphated, degreased and preserved, and aluminium is pickled, degreased and passivated. The offering is complemented by disassembly and assembly services. Quality assurance includes ongoing testing according to the QIB standard, including cross-cut tests, coating thickness and gloss level measurements, mandrel bending and ball impact tests as well as boiling and Machu tests. Work documents are archived with the article and batch numbers of the powder supplier, so that identical quality can be reproduced for reorders. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Continuous quality inspections according to the QIB standard: cross-cut tests, coating thickness and gloss level measurements, laboratory tests on sample sheets, mandrel bend and ball impact tests, boiling and Machu tests as well as oven curve measurement.
