About MC Plast
MC PLAST S.A.S. specializes in the design and manufacture of tools for the extrusion of plastic profiles. The product range includes dies (filieres) and calibrators for technical profiles as well as for PVC window and door profiles. The focus is on three tool systems: Smart Tooling combines standard components such as a fixed tool head and cooling tank with individually manufactured but externally dimensionally standardized and therefore interchangeable tool elements. Fast Tooling transfers water calibration, known from the high-speed extrusion of PVC window profiles, with vacuum calibration tanks and calibration plates, to technical profiles. Wide Profiles Tooling addresses profiles with sections over 350 mm in width. For tests and trials, the company maintains its own pilot extrusion laboratory with an extrusion line for rigid PVC up to 300 kg/h and take-off and cutting units for profiles up to 400 mm in width. MC Plast was among the first companies in the industry in Europe to receive ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2000.

MC Plast is one of the first companies in the European industry to have received ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2000 and later ISO 9001:2008. An own test line with extrusion of up to 300 kg/h PVC is used to test profiles up to 400 mm in width before delivery.
