About mechaSYS
mechaSYS GmbH is a manufacturing service provider specializing in prototyping for press-bending technology. The company produces sample parts, prototypes and small series – generally without proportional tooling costs thanks to a modular bending kit. Core manufacturing processes include laser cutting (material thicknesses 0.2–2.0 mm, kerf typically 0.06 mm) and waterjet cutting for sheet thicknesses of 0.2 to 4 mm. A key focus is electrical steel: sheets are laser-cut, backlack-bonded, laser-welded and assembled into assemblies. The offering is complemented by product development and design using modern software and sizing tools, laser welding, laser marking, as well as on-schedule assembly and project management. Customers come from industries such as automotive, energy technology, building technology, the semiconductor industry (leadframes), consumer goods, contact technology, mechanical engineering, medical technology and the furniture industry.
