Medea Development S.A. was founded in 1992 and is an advisory, technically oriented development and investment company headquartered in Luxembourg. The company provides advisory, engineering and project management services to international corporate groups, energy utilities and public administrations, focusing on the oil and gas (upstream, midstream, downstream), power generation, and mining and mineral resources industries. In addition to its services, Medea directly invests in and operates projects: according to its own information in the upstream (ECTP Block, Ghana), in the downstream (FTL, DR Congo) as well as in large-scale infrastructure projects (Tamasa LNG, South Africa). The company is a société anonyme under Luxembourg law (registration number B 22.507) and, according to its own statements, employs more than 40 professionals; its locations are in Luxembourg, Massagno/Lugano (Switzerland), Milan (Italy), Pretoria (South Africa), Kinshasa (DR Congo) and Accra (Ghana). The team has been carrying out international energy projects along the entire value chain of the energy industry for more than 30 years.
