MEDICAL GmbH Medizintechnik, based in Kirchlengern (East Westphalia), has been manufacturing electrically powered treatment chairs and treatment couches as well as medical and therapeutic furniture since 1982. The company combines industrial production with a traditional upholstery manufacturing operation and develops products with electromotoric linear drive technology, up to four drives, moisture protection to IPX4 and durable upholstery covers in 1,600 color combinations. In addition to its own PROMAT product range (NG and MX), MEDICAL primarily manufactures as an OEM supplier for industry, including for the fields of dialysis, transfusion medicine, oncology, podiatry and ocular surgery. The value chain covers development, upholstery production, assembly, quality inspections as well as logistics services such as shipping, warehousing, documentation and product training. The company is certified according to EN ISO 9001 (since 1997) and EN ISO 13485 (since 2003).
