About MeierGuss

MeierGuss is a German metal processing group headquartered in Rahden (North Rhine-Westphalia) that manufactures grey cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron components in its own foundries. The focus is on infrastructure castings: manhole covers, grates, tree guards, planters, cable chamber covers, road gully covers and bridge drainage systems for sewerage and road construction. In addition to infrastructure castings, the company also supplies industrial customers with industrial castings, bundled at the Limburg an der Lahn site. In addition, MeierGuss operates its own concrete production in the Varl district and produces artistically designed manhole covers to customer specification. The value chain encompasses in-house product development including a pattern-making department, foundry production, coating and logistics. More than 350 employees work at sites in Germany; the group also includes a production site in Stąporków (Poland). Products meet, among others, the quality directive RAL-GZ 692 of the Gütegemeinschaft Entwässerungstechnik (GET).
