About Melecs
Melecs is an internationally active Austrian electronics service provider (E2MS) that emerged from a management buy-out of Siemens AG in 2009. The company supports customers along the entire value chain: from electronics development through validation and industrialization to series production and logistics. In addition to the industrialization of customer projects, Melecs also develops its own products as an Original Design Manufacturer. Over 120 R&D engineers and an in-house test center develop and validate customer-specific solutions. Production sites in Europe (Siegendorf, Győr), Asia (Wuxi) and America (Querétaro) enable local customer support; the purchasing teams have direct access to manufacturers and suppliers in over 80 countries. Applications include, among others, control units for automobiles, household appliances, escalators as well as railway technology, intralogistics and industrial electronics. With consistently highly automated and digitalized production and globally uniform standards, Melecs manufactures for international customers, with particular strength in the automotive sector, for example in transmission controls for all-wheel-drive vehicles.
