About Memcon
Memcon is a global supplier to the membrane switch and flexible technology industry, headquartered in Letchworth (UK) with offices in Kiel, Michigan (USA), Hong Kong, Shenzhen and São José dos Campos. The portfolio includes crimp contacts and housings, integrated crimp connectors, metal domes and custom metal dome arrays, spacers and adhesive tapes, ultra-thin LEDs, ITO films as well as test equipment and accessories. In its own laboratory, conductive silver and carbon inks and conductive adhesives are formulated to customer specifications, among other things for membrane switches, touch panels, RFID, EMI/RFI shielding, sensors and medical applications. In addition to screen printing processes for conductive inks, the company offers custom injection moulding of connector housings in UL 94V-O rated plastic, tape and reel packaging of metal domes, as well as crimping machines and test equipment. Memcon manufactures the vast majority of its products in-house and supports manufacturers in the printed electronics industry with technical consulting and application support.

Conductive Silver Ink (Ag)
Screen-printable silver ink with good adhesion to PET film, dries at 120 °C for 10 minutes, used in membrane switches.
Conductive Carbon Ink
Screen-printable carbon ink with good adhesion to PET, dries at 93 °C for 2 minutes, used in membrane switches.
PET Film
Substrate for conductive inks as well as spacer and adhesive tape applications.
Acrylic Adhesive (Transfer Tape)
Double-sided acrylic transfer adhesive tape (0.05 mm) for laminating spacers and components.
