Meridian Adhesives Group, founded in 2018 by Arsenal Capital Partners, is a manufacturer of high-value adhesives and sealants headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company produces epoxy, silicone, acrylic, urethane, UV-curing, hotmelt, hybrid polyether, butyl, cyanoacrylate, dextrin, emulsion and synthetic rubber adhesives as well as concrete treatment and repair products such as anchor epoxies, crack injection systems and densifiers. In addition to its own brands such as ULTRABOND®, CRACKBOND® and EPO-TEK®, Meridian offers contract manufacturing & tolling, private label production, custom product development and packaging services in cartridges, pails and drums.
