About Messkonzept GmbH
Messkonzept GmbH specializes in the development, manufacturing and distribution of compact thermal conductivity detectors (TCDs) and gas analysers. The devices determine the composition of gases such as H2, He, N2, Ar, Ne, Kr and Xe as well as infrared-active gases such as CO2, CH4, SF6 and SO2. In addition, capacitive gas humidity measurement, gas-independent flow measurement and cross-sensitivity compensation for non-binary gas mixtures are offered. The company also provides feasibility studies, custom device developments, sample preparation, test measurements in its own application laboratory, calibration, maintenance and system integration. Founded in 1998 and operating as a GmbH since 2000, the company has been located at Niedwiesenstraße 33 in Frankfurt am Main since 2005. With an export share of over 50%, it supplies internationally renowned companies in industrial gas analysis and process measurement and control technology.

Materials & Coatings
Thermal conductivity measurement
Measures gases such as H2, He, N2, Ar, Ne, Kr and Xe via their thermal conductivity.
Infrared photometry
Selective measurement of infrared-active gases such as CO2, CH4, SF6, SO2, H2O and hydrocarbons.
Conformal coating with halogenated polymer layer
4 µm thick layer for corrosion protection of critical components, proven hundreds of times over.
Hydrophobic filter membrane
Protects the sensor element from condensate and dust without significantly changing the response time.
Glass bead filling of housings
Prevents fire-hazardous gas accumulations when measuring flammable gases.
