About Metano Velten Metalltechnik
Metano Velten Metalltechnik GmbH is a family-run service provider for metal surface finishing based in Velten in the Berlin/Brandenburg region. The company processes stainless steel, titanium, copper and aluminium using electropolishing, chemical pickling, glass bead blasting, passivation and degreasing. Thanks to generously dimensioned tank systems, even large components can be finished; order sizes range from one-off pieces to large-volume series production. In the electropolishing of stainless steel, roughness values down to 0.4 µm are achieved. Customers come, among others, from mechanical engineering, medical technology and the aerospace industry, and the customer base is distributed worldwide. In addition, the company offers roughness measurements, works certificates in accordance with DIN EN 10204-2.2 as well as consulting already during the design phase of components.
