Metatron Industrial Solutions GmbH is a consulting and engineering company founded in 2016 in Vitis (Lower Austria) with a focus on extrusion. The company supports customers in process development, process control and production optimization, in the project planning of production plants and laboratory extruders including FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ, as well as in plant design, automation technology and plant construction. Further services include product development and trial execution, the creation and optimization of screw configurations, upscaling/downscaling and technology transfer between sites, extruder operator training, as well as changeover time and cleaning optimization. Since 2020, process controls, internal audits, hygiene inspections, HACCP implementation, expert reports and drinking water assessments pursuant to §73 LMSVG have also been offered.
