The portfolio comprises high-performance energy metering technology, smart metering solutions, data communication, connected IoT applications and data-based systems. At the centre is the e.IoT. Metering Device, which serves as a data source and sensor for applications in Smart Energy, Smart Grid, Smart Building and Smart City. The company was founded by experienced industry experts and understands the requirements of metering point operators, energy suppliers and other players in the energy sector. It supports its customers throughout the entire process – from clarifying specific requirements through testing and integration to reliable operation. MetCom Solutions is part of the Semax Group, which also includes Semax AG and Ensor AG from Switzerland as well as Semax Solutions a.s. from the Czech Republic. The company headquarters are located at Marie-Curie-Str. 19 in Mannheim, near the A6 Mannheim-Schwetzingen motorway junction.
