Metecno Bausysteme GmbH, headquartered in Blankenhain (Thuringia), is a manufacturer of sandwich panels for roof, wall and ceiling structures in lightweight steel construction. The product range includes steel-faced sandwich panels with insulating cores of PIR/PUR rigid foam or mineral wool, including products such as G4, HIPERTEC DACH/WAND, SUPERWALL, MONOWALL, THERMOWALL KOMBI, H-WALL 8P and METFIBER ECO WAND. The programme is complemented by acoustic panels with perforated face sheets for airborne sound insulation and sound absorption, panels with concealed fastening, and accessories such as trim profiles, pilaster strips, trapezoidal profiles 38/333/1000 and corrugated profiles 20/125/875. The panels are manufactured in a continuous production process in lengths up to 25 m and delivered to the construction site ready for installation. For steel face sheets, coating systems such as polyester, PVDF and PUR-PA (METCOLOR) are available. In addition, Metecno offers technical manuals, EPDs, BIM objects and training under the company programme Metecno Way.

The sandwich panels are manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 14509 with an EC certificate of conformity (0769-CPR-VAS-00420) and CE marking. The insulation values are regularly monitored by third parties; EPDs according to ISO 14025 and EN 15804 are available for the insulating cores.
