About Meteor
Meteor specializes in the development and production of complex, high-performance rubber sealing systems. The company offers customized sealing solutions tailored to the respective application – from in-house compound mixing to the production of rubber profiles and systems through to finishing. Design is carried out using modern CAD techniques and FEM simulations, and tools are manufactured internally and externally via rapid tooling. The company's own mixing department offers more than 1,000 formulations based on elastomer types such as EPDM, CR and NBR, developed in cooperation with certified raw material suppliers. Meteor is a long-standing system partner of the automotive industry; its profiles can also be found in almost all industrial sectors, including customers such as BMW Group, Mercedes-Benz, VW Group, Ferrari, Webasto, Schmitz Cargobull and Valmet. The company can look back on more than 70 years of experience in the development and production of sealing systems.
