Metzka GmbH, based in Schwanstetten, develops and manufactures electroplating and industrial systems for surface treatment. The portfolio includes electroplating automat lines (barrel, rack and VIBROSET technology), printed circuit board systems with robot loading, cleaning, etching, dipping and pickling systems, blackening, anodizing and phosphating systems, as well as special, manual and pilot-scale systems, including for gold and silver plating. In its own tank and apparatus construction, tanks and containers are made from PP, PE, PVDF, PVC and stainless steel; control cabinet and control system construction (PLC, PC, handheld control level) is carried out in-house. The value chain extends from consulting and 2D/3D planning through manufacturing with a high degree of in-house production depth to assembly, commissioning, training and maintenance by three assembly teams. Customers come from electronics, the sanitary industry, semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, and mechanical and automotive engineering. Systems are delivered throughout Europe and worldwide, including seaworthy packing to the overseas port.
