About Metzner E-Mobility
Metzner E-Mobility GmbH was founded in 2018 in Neu-Ulm as a spin-off of the experience gained by Metzner Maschinenbau in special cable processing. The company develops and manufactures automation systems for all processes of high-voltage cable processing – from cutting cables to length, untwisting the cable shield, through to complex, fully automatic connector assembly. With five automation platforms, the 20-strong team of experienced Metzner developers and young talents covers the entire process chain of HV cable assembly. The systems are used to manufacture high-voltage cable harnesses and help make electric vehicles affordable for the mass market. The company holds more than 20 patents and is represented worldwide with 30 representative offices. Its customers include more than 50 satisfied companies from the automotive and e-mobility sectors.
