About MEYRA

MEYRA GmbH was founded in 1936 and is part of the globally operating MEYRA Group, which develops, produces and distributes wheelchairs and rehabilitation aids. Manufacturing and assembly of the products takes place at the headquarters in Porta Westfalica in North Rhine-Westphalia, among other things from aluminium. The portfolio includes active wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, care and seating solutions as well as rehabilitation aids, which are distributed via a network of specialised dealers. The products are sold in more than 70 countries. In addition to the headquarters, the Group operates eight further production, assembly and distribution sites in Poland, Norway (Alu Rehab), Great Britain, Denmark (TA Service), France, Hungary, the Czech Republic and China. Through the cooperation with Alu Rehab and the acquisition of TA Service in 2020, the Group strengthened its market position in the mobility and rehabilitation segment.
