About Us
MG-Plast GmbH from Bodenwöhr in the Upper Palatinate has specialized since 1985 in the recycling of production waste from the plastics processing industry. The company accepts sprues, over- and surplus production from industrial upstream suppliers and prepares them for the best possible, qualified, and material-appropriate recycling. The focus of the product range is on engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PMMA, POM, PBT, PEEK as well as polyolefins, styrenic polymers, and thermoplastic elastomers. Processing is carried out as toll grinding with 17 size-reduction and grinding plants in various performance classes, which allows smaller lot sizes to be processed from a minimum quantity of 100 kg (residual stock) or 500 kg (toll processing). Most of the plants are operated as continuous lines, each processing only one material type, which ensures the pure-material quality of the secondary materials. In addition to toll processing, the company also purchases plastic waste and residual stock.

Materials & Processes
Engineering polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12, PA46, etc.) as the focus of the processing of sprues and production waste.
Polycarbonate and blends (PC/ABS, PC/PBT) are processed as cleanly sorted production waste.
PMMA
Acrylic waste is ground as continuous-line material.
High-temperature and specialty polymers such as PEEK, PPS, PPSU, PEI, PES, PPA, LCP in the product portfolio.
Polyolefins (PP-HO, PP-CO, PE-HD, PE-LD, PE-LLD) are size-reduced and ground.
Styrenic polymers (GPPS, SAN, ABS, ASA, MABS, SMMA) in the processing portfolio.
Thermoplastic elastomers and polyurethanes (TPE, TPU, ETPU, TEEE, TPC, PUR).
