MGL Molkereigesellschaft Lauingen mbH is a family-owned company operating worldwide in the field of milk protein and continues the more than 120-year-old dairy tradition at the Lauingen site in Bavaria. The company manufactures milk proteins, casein and milk powder as well as refined dairy products for customers in the food industry. As early as 1935, Lauingen was the first site in Germany where casein was produced; the company has been able to draw on this expertise in milk proteins for more than 80 years. In addition to standard production, MGL develops tailored product solutions individually adapted to customer needs. Product quality has been awarded numerous DLG gold medals for more than 35 years; the award for long-standing product quality has now been presented for the 13th time.
