About us
MHC TS Quadrat GmbH (formerly LFM Zerspanungstechnik GmbH) is a contract manufacturing company in Germersheim specialising in machining. In the areas of CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling, surface and cylindrical grinding as well as broaching, precision milled and turned parts are manufactured according to customer requirements. The offering is complemented by the metalworking shop with smaller gas metal arc and oxy-acetylene welding work, the design of welded constructions with final machining, and the assembly of machine components and assemblies including final assembly and testing. Repair and precise adjustment of components, on request with hardening processes and surface treatment in cooperation with partners, are also part of the service portfolio. Materials processed include aluminium and stainless steel. The company sees itself as a supplier to the processing industry and manufactures new parts as well as rework individually according to customer requirements.
