About MHMS Mechatronic Solutions
MHMS Mechatronic Solutions was founded in 2003 in Ebbs (Tyrol, Austria), initially as a service provider for the textile and other industries, and shortly afterwards developed into a machinery manufacturing company. Its core product is the ERA 12 rotary screen printing machine for textiles with a magnet squeegee system, presented at ITMA 2011 in Barcelona; in addition, MHMS modernises existing Stork RD IV machines. The company designs and manufactures special machinery for applications without standard solutions, including laboratory printing tables, gas-heated spiral dryers, carpet perforators, coating machines (up to 900 mm width), chemical dosing and mixing stations as well as silicone printing machines. MHMS also develops electrical and electronic machine controls for machinery manufacturers from various industries, including trash rack cleaning machines and chemical dosing controls. Design and development take place in Ebbs; production is carried out with local partners in accordance with European quality and safety standards. MHMS installations and control systems are present in more than 25 countries, including Germany, Chile, Egypt, Thailand, Slovenia, India, Switzerland, Italy and the United Kingdom.

Materials and Processes
Stainless steel (rust-free steel)
For attachments, containers, squeegee troughs and machine covers in rotary screen printing; corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
Aluminium
Construction elements such as the thermoplastic gluing unit, belt washing unit and magnet bar.
Rubber
Rubber-coated application rollers in the PVA gluing unit as well as rubber backing of carpets in perforation.
Thermoplastic
Heat-bonded adhesive application for fixing the fabric to the printing belt.
