About eChecker
eChecker is the brand of Microsport GmbH & Co. KG, based in Kirchheim near Munich. The company develops and manufactures performance test benches for e-bikes, S-pedelecs, cargo bikes, e-bike drive units, e-scooters and other light electric vehicles (LEVs), as well as for chains and belts. The test benches are used in development, quality control, end-of-line testing, endurance testing and standard testing in accordance with DIN EN 15194, and can be integrated into air and floorline production lines with ERP connection via standardized interfaces. With over 500,000 tested e-bikes and changeover times under 30 seconds, the test benches are designed for assembly-line operation; up to 1,000 data records per second enable detailed performance analyses. In addition, eChecker offers inhouse tests (series, endurance and function tests), training in German and English, as well as service and maintenance models. Customers include e-bike and drive unit manufacturers, suppliers, e-scooter manufacturers and testing institutes in Europe and beyond.
