Missal Objekt Licht is a medium-sized luminaire manufacturer from Sundern in the Sauerland region. Founded in 1972 as a metal spinning shop by Siegfried Missal, the company has been producing customer-specific series and custom luminaires as well as tables and mirrors since 1989. The product range includes floor lamps, pendant luminaires, wall luminaires, table lamps, reading lights, bathroom lights, mirror lights and custom-built units according to customer designs in collaboration with interior architects and lighting designers. Production is carried out using craft methods and CNC machines from metal, wood, glass, plastic, acrylic glass, electronics and fabric; services in lighting technology and surface technology are integrated via suppliers. Key markets are hotels and gastronomy, cruise ships and yachts, assisted living facilities, public institutions, office buildings and shops. More than 95 % of products are manufactured at the Sundern site; with over 40 employees, short-notice prototype construction, fast delivery times and on-time deliveries are offered. Reference projects include, among others, the Hotel Tortue Hamburg, The Westin Leipzig and the Steigenberger Munich.
