About MIVICE
MIVICE develops and produces complete eBike drive systems from a single source – rear hub motors, mid motors, controllers, torque sensors (bottom-bracket sensors) and display instruments (HMI). Founded in 2017 as M&S E-Driving System Co., Ltd, the company manufactures mostly in-house in Ningbo (China); software tuning of the system components is also carried out independently. Product development follows the APQP process according to IATF 16949 with a five-stage quality gate; every product undergoes a 100% final inspection according to a fixed protocol at the end of manufacturing. Since its foundation, over 60 patents have been filed, and around 30% of employees work in research and development.customers: Raleigh ONE (M070, S200), TENWAYS CGO600.

Quality
Every product is 100 % inspected at the end of manufacturing according to a fixed protocol for quality and function – without sampling exceptions. Development follows the IATF-16949 APQP process with five quality gates; for example, sensors are tested with 2 million load cycles, 120 hours of vibration testing and 68 temperature cycles.
