About MKV
MKV GmbH is a special-purpose plant manufacturer founded in 1992 and based in Allersberg near Nuremberg, specialising in electroplating and special systems for all surface finishing processes for metal and plastic. The company designs, manufactures and installs manually controlled manual plants, PLC-controlled automated systems and individual special systems – from planning through full project responsibility including peripherals (media supply, exhaust air, testing equipment) to commissioning, maintenance and spare parts supply. Core competencies lie in surface technology, printed circuit board production (including pattern and panel plating, ENIG, ENEPIG, electroless tin) and the aerospace sector, with systems for degreasing, etching, pickling, hard chrome plating, nickel coatings and crack testing via FPI. Since 2016, the company has operated with around 70 employees on almost 5,000 m² of production space in its new building at its headquarters. Assembly is carried out worldwide exclusively with its own skilled personnel; customers include companies from surface technology, aerospace, the automotive industry, medical technology and mechanical engineering.
