ML Oberflächenveredelung GmbH specializes in the surface finishing of aluminium parts and serves customers from one-off production to large-scale series. The core competencies include decorative and technical anodizing, hard anodizing, and the dyeing of anodized aluminium. In addition, the company offers a broad range of electroplating processes such as gold plating, nickel plating, silver plating, tin plating, copper plating and zinc plating in various versions. Further processes include chromating with Cr(VI)-free passivations, blackening, phosphating as well as hard and dimensional chrome plating and electroless nickel plating. Finishing is carried out as rack or barrel work with component lengths up to 5000 mm depending on the process. Anodizing
Decorative and technical anodizing of aluminium and aluminium alloys, including hard anodizing and dyeing, up to 3000 mm component length.
Chromating / Cr(VI)-free passivation
Passivation of aluminium in white, yellow or green, as rack or barrel work up to 3000 mm.
Electroplating: Gold Plating
Electrolytic gold plating as rack and barrel work up to 1000 mm component length.
Electroplating: Nickel Plating
Electrolytic nickel plating up to 3000 mm component length.
Electroplating: Silver Plating
Electrolytic silver plating as rack and barrel work up to 1000 mm component length.
Electroplating: Tin Plating
Electrolytic tin plating as rack and barrel work up to 2200 mm component length.
Electroplating: Copper Plating
Electrolytic copper plating as rack and barrel work up to 1000 mm component length.
Zinc Plating (Blue, Yellow, DSP, Black, Olive Green)
