About mobil ksp
mobil Kunststoffprofile AG (mobil ksp) develops and produces customer-specific plastic profiles and seals for demanding industrial applications. At its Swiss site in Wolfhalden, thermoplastics and elastomers are extruded on 16 production lines, including more than 120 materials such as PVC, ABS, TPE, TPU, PP, PE, POM, PC, PMMA, PA, EPDM and NBR, some of them drinking-water and fire-protection compliant. The service portfolio includes coextrusion, mechanical post-processing (sawing, punching, drilling, milling, embossing, printing), surface finishing via film wrapping and lamination, as well as assembly kitting, welding, corner and ring vulcanisation and assembly group mounting. In-house tool design and construction covers 50 to 100 tools per year, supplemented by simulation and rapid prototyping. Around 1000 articles are produced annually for 300 customers from 20 industries, in small and large series. Buyers come from mechanical engineering, mobility, construction, door and gate systems, lighting technology, shopfitting as well as water and piping systems.
