Mössle GmbH is a family-run food wholesaler based in Leipheim (Bavaria) that supplies restaurants, hotels and catering businesses with fresh and frozen foods. The range comprises over 6,000 items: meat, game, poultry, fish, seafood and crustaceans, vegetables, fruit and salads, dairy products, baked goods, antipasti, delicatessen, convenience products, desserts and spices. Founded in 1964 as a poultry fattening and slaughtering operation in Riedheim, the company soon switched to wholesale and developed into a full-service supply partner with frozen, chilled and dry storage as well as its own delivery express service. Customer services include an online shop, telephone sales, field sales staffed with trained chefs, portioned meat cutting on request and the sourcing of exclusive crustaceans. Suppliers are carefully selected, with a preference for regional sources; certifications include IFS (TÜV Süd) and organic certification. The second site is Bad Waldsee.
