MOFEX GmbH is a medium-sized family company headquartered in Willich, North Rhine-Westphalia. The company develops and manufactures universal electric shears used for precise and clean cutting of high-quality fabrics and textiles. The product is based on the 'drawing cut' technique, which was first presented at the Hannover Messe in 1958. Through continuous development of the machine, its components and the gear mechanism, the electric shears are used worldwide by companies from numerous industries, including in the manufacture of wind turbines as well as in automotive prototyping, aircraft construction and boat building. The tools are ergonomically designed and made of high-quality materials for robust continuous use.
