About MoldTecs
MoldTecs is a global partner to the mobility industry specializing in high-performance plastic parts. The company develops and manufactures intake manifolds, charge air ducts, technical plastic parts such as brake and fluid reservoirs, and components for electric and hydrogen drivetrains, including thermal management modules, contactor cell systems (CCS) and low-leakage valves. Production takes place on 25 blow molding machines, some robot-assisted (2D, multi-component, suction blow molding, 3D, Excell), as well as injection molding machines with clamping forces of 50 to 1300 tons, complemented by welding, assembly and testing. Materials processed include polyamide (PA), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and other heat-resistant high-performance polymers. Customers include nearly all leading automotive OEMs as well as off-road and agricultural machinery manufacturers. MoldTecs GmbH (MoldTecs 01-2022 GmbH) is part of the Amaneos Group; production sites are located in Bad Harzburg and Sonneberg (Germany), Laval (France), Taicang (China) and Bawal (India), and from 2025 also in Auburn Hills (USA) and Mexico.
