Mooser-Schwingungstechnik GmbH in Puchheim near Munich has been developing and manufacturing vibration technology equipment for over 50 years, in particular for concrete compaction. The portfolio comprises high-frequency external vibrators (EHF series), high-frequency internal vibrators in 42V and 230V versions (HJ/HJU), pneumatic internal vibrators (VF), formwork vibrators such as the pneumatic external vibrator VR56K and the electric formwork vibrator VE2/2 BS, electronic frequency converters (FR/FRS), three-phase and DC vibration motors (VE series), frequency converters for vibration motors, vibration tables, the patented concrete pre-compactor as well as patented, vibration-damped profile vibration beams and a modular vibration beam system up to 25 m working width made of self-supporting aluminium truss construction. Housings of the vibration motors are made from aluminium gravity die casting; vibration beams are custom-designed and manufactured from aluminium and steel. Fields of application include precast concrete, in-situ concrete, tunnel, bridge and industrial hall construction as well as bulk material applications such as silo discharge, screening plants and concrete pumps. Reference projects include the Rosenstein tunnel in Stuttgart, the Erdinger Ringschluss, the Oberau tunnel and the noise protection gallery in Germering/Gilching, among others as a partner of Peri and Leonhard Weiß.
