About MOTEC
Motec CNC-Technik GmbH, headquartered in Hüfingen (Baden-Württemberg), was founded in 2006 as Motec CNC-Service and specializes in CNC service, overhauls (retrofit) and spare parts supply for Chiron machines, as well as machine trading and machine transport. Through the Mexican sales and production company MOTEC México in Querétaro, the company distributes machine tools, automation and turnkey solutions from renowned manufacturers – from 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes to multi-spindle transfer machines, EDM and high-pressure deburring systems. In addition, MOTEC offers CNC contract manufacturing for turning, milling and drilling in small and medium series. With around 800 machines sold worldwide, the company serves customers in the machining industry, mechanical engineering, automotive suppliers as well as mold and tool making. The management is held by founder Marco Opitz (CEO).
