MRI Trading AG is an internationally active commodity trader headquartered in Zug (Switzerland), specialising in non-ferrous metals, ores, concentrates, refined metals and precious metals as well as their by-products. Its customer base comprises smelters and downstream processors worldwide. The service portfolio includes classic physical trading, trade finance with pre-export and pre-production financing (mine, refinery, port), structured commodity and project financing, strategic equity investments in mining projects, and risk management through an in-house derivatives desk including hedging and insurance solutions. In addition, the company offers freight and warehousing solutions from origin to destination. The company can look back on more than 20 years of experience and is a member of the CWT Group, a freight network spanning over 90 countries on six continents. In addition to its head office in Zug, MRI operates its own branch offices in ten countries, including Singapore, Santiago, Lima, Mexico City, Johannesburg, Melbourne, Beijing, Shanghai, Vancouver and Woerden (Netherlands).
