MSE Meili is a Swiss manufacturer specialized in multiphase flow measurement technology. The company develops and manufactures measuring systems for in-line process monitoring and control, ranging from in-line determination of solids concentration and velocity to live video endoscopy with real-time image analysis (particle size distribution, morphology, velocity). The Labasys® product family comprises Process Scope (industrial process endoscope with sapphire windows and 1.4404/1.4435 stainless steel tip), Control Ex and Control Ex 'Bulk-Flow' as well as the R&D system Labasys® 100; additionally, the Turntable Feeder MTF is offered. The systems are designed for high pressures (≤ 42 bar / max. 65 bar), temperatures (-50 to 100 °C / max. 150 °C) and hazardous areas (ATEX/IECEx, Zones 1/21 and 2/22). Applications range from large-scale plants, pilot plants and research – from oil & gas and polyolefin processes to power generation, chemicals, steel and cement to pulp & paper, food and pharma. Products are complemented by 1:1 calibration with the product sample, on-site measuring campaigns, customization, commissioning, training and maintenance.

Quality & Calibration
The measuring systems are customized, inspected fully assembled and calibrated 1:1 with the customer's product sample in the in-house calibration module on homogeneous gas/solids suspension; the calibration curve is derived from this. Complete on-site measuring campaigns comprise test planning, custom-made installation spools, data acquisition, analysis and reporting.
