About MSPM Power
MSPM Power GmbH, based in Herzogenaurach, is an engineering and testing company specialized in power electronics. The company develops and manufactures power square-wave generators and test systems, including the TTG510 series (50–500 kHz, up to 4 kW), the TTG1000SiC (10–150 kHz, up to 1000 V, 11 kW, SiC technology), the three-phase variant TTG520:3 SiC, rectifier modules of the PCK series, as well as complete test stations such as PowerTower 11, the High Voltage Cycle Material Tester HVCMT and the capacitor test station CPT2022. The services include hardware architecture and design, schematic and layout development, electrical, thermal and magnetic simulation, characterization of transformers, chokes, core materials and power capacitors, test bench automation, Digital Power, hands-on training courses, and endurance tests, for example a 1000 h continuous run at 105 °C in the OvenMeasurementStation OMS100. In addition, development-accompanying HV tests (AC and DC 250 V to 6 kV), insulation measurements up to 5 kV DC and PE measurements (25 A AC) are offered, and test systems are available for rent. Customers come from power electronics, e-mobility, aviation and automotive, both domestically and internationally. Approximately 400 sqm of offices, laboratory and manufacturing space are available.
