MTC maintronic GmbH is an OEM manufacturer based in Schweinfurt that has been developing and producing electronic products for ELA technology (voice alarm), pro audio and building automation for more than 35 years. The company manufactures audio power amplifiers for fixed installations and alarm-monitored systems, actuators for lighting control (DALI, DMX, Casambi), event players, gym sound systems and lifestyle products such as infotainment audio systems and eBike tuning dongles. Its vertical range of production includes electronics development with circuit and PCB layout design (CAD/EDA), SMD and THT assembly, reflow and wave soldering as well as complete sheet metal fabrication: CNC punching, bending, riveting, spot and stud welding, powder coating, painting, screen printing and laser marking. Sheet metal and aluminium are manufactured into housings, chassis, front panels and 19-inch systems as prototypes and small to medium series. An in-house EMC laboratory with an RF measurement chamber enables EMC and CE testing; complete systems are assembled and tested from wiring through to final inspection. maintronic acts as an OEM supplier for many well-known companies and additionally offers rental of office and commercial space on the factory premises.

Quality and testing
Electronic products are tested from low frequency to RF; in the in-house EMC laboratory with an RF measurement chamber, EMC and CE tests are carried out according to VDE standards. Every production run undergoes testing and final inspection including wiring and assembly of complete systems.
