The Company
MTM Maschinenbau Chemnitz GmbH is an owner-managed contract manufacturing company based in Chemnitz, Saxony. The company produces machined, partly painted and ready-to-install metal components as well as machine assemblies. Using CNC milling machining centres (multi-sided and 5-side machining), CNC turning machining centres (chucked and between-centres parts) and surface grinding, prismatic parts, chucked turned parts and between-centres turned parts are produced in single-item production, small and medium series. In addition, MTM carries out the assembly of assemblies up to the ready-to-install component as well as painting of parts. Heat treatment and surface treatment are carried out in cooperation with partner companies. Product quality is ensured with modern CNC measuring technology; on request, the company prepares measurement reports and first article inspection reports. Customers come mainly from mechanical engineering and the metal processing industry.
