About MTM

MTM Medizin Technik Mauk GmbH was founded in 1993 by Rudolf Mauk together with further shareholders and specialises in the development and production of medical technology products, in particular human medical implants for spinal care such as vertebral body replacement, intervertebral implants and pedicle screw systems as well as a knee endoprosthesis. In addition to its own products, the company manufactures highly precise CNC turned and milled parts as a supplier in lot sizes of 20 to 5,000 pieces made of titanium, stainless steel, aluminium and CoCr, in a diameter range from 3 mm to 60 mm and below down to under 1 mm. The range of services additionally includes development and design, assembly, surface finishing (polishing, vibratory grinding, glass bead blasting, laser welding, marking), contract measurement services and QM consulting. Customers include companies such as DePuy, B. Braun and Corin, whose products were distributed under their brand names. The quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2021 and is MDR-compliant. The owner-managed company has been located in the Harkshörn industrial park in Norderstedt near Hamburg for over 30 years.
