About MTW Metalltechnik
MTW-Metalltechnik GmbH is an independent precision machining company based in Gengenbach (Kinzigpark, Ortenau district). Founded in 1980, the company manufactures high-precision CNC turned and milled parts – from functional prototypes and pre-series to automated series production of small and medium volumes. Complete machining covers material procurement, coordination of external heat treatment and surface finishing (anodizing, zinc plating, coating), and assembly of functional sub-assemblies. Materials machined include high-strength aluminium alloys, brass, copper, stainless steel, titanium, superalloys and dimensionally stable engineering plastics. Customers come from defense, mechanical engineering, energy, automotive, semiconductor and data communications, optics/photonics, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and research. Production is certified to ISO 9001; quality assurance with optical (Keyence) and tactile metrology, FAI/EMPB-ISIR and SPC ensures seamless traceability – down to micrometer tolerances for optical applications.
